Mid Summer Thunder 2004
I decided to make a day run out of this one and ended up not staying the entire day. When I pulled up some kid was blaring rap/funk/some-kind-of-shit music from the speakers on the stage. This is odd since probably 85% of the attendees were white ... in their 30s, 40s, and 50s ... and not into that genre. It did not set a good tone. Thankfully he stopped that shit shortly after I got there.
This is a weird rally ... the location is great ... the people running is seem like nice folks ... the bands seemed to rock ... and the beer was reasonable ... but the weird assed strippers running around ... or more correctly some of the strippers were weird assed ... really put a damper on the party. Now you'd think that having a dozen strippers at a biker party would be a recipe for a party in a can ... but ... not with some of these gals. A couple of them were slap-a-ho wenches. Not 5 minutes after I got there I wandered over to the bike wash area .. there were a number of gals from Vixens in Muskogee washing bikes for tips ... they were in bikinis and such and I decided to snap a few pics ... then I wondered off to look for more photo ops when the queen of the slap-a-hos came over with this bucket and demanded a tip ... for what I ask .. for the show says she ... for what show asks I ... and then she points over to the gals washing the bikes ... in their clothes ... about 50 feet away. I didn't want to seem rude but I could go to any public beach in the state on a summer Saturday afternoon and see a hell of a lot more talent than what came down from Muskogee ... sorry.
Now mind you this is at a bike rally ... where titties and beer are the norm and I've never been asked for money from a girl at any other rally who flashed ... much less from some gal pimping strippers in bikinis. In my experience, strippers at bike rallys have been great ... they go around the rally flashing and visiting ... hoping to build up a base to cheer for them in the skin-to-win contest ... the one with the loudest cheering wins. OK ... now that's cool ... but at this rally if you even looked at a some of the strippers ... they had their hand out ... now that is fucked up shit ... I hope that they are not setting a trend ...
It may not have been so bad ... they would have eventually stopped bothering me ... but a few of them decided to enter the frozen thong contest. Now I'm all for taking donations from the crowd for the prize money of an event ... no problem ... the larger the pot ... the greater the number of participants ... I'm all ready to kick in to the prize pot. What chapped my ass was the slap-a-ho queen sitting there on her ice bags showing her shit ... and then she says that she wanted tips ... during the freakin' contest ... and to quote her "...and not 1s either ... 20s" ... now that is funny assed shit ... I guess she thought that she was back in Muskogee.
And then to make it worse ... the staff were encouraging her and another stripper at the end of the contest to beg for money. Look ... the winner was supposed to get ~$200.00 ... not bad for sitting there for an hour in some discomfort. I ain't shelling out bucks every time you whip out a titty ... sorry ... and the rally got its $25 bucks so the staff doesn't need to be encouraging the slap-a-ho wenches. Idea to improve rally ... tell a few of them to stay in Muskogee next time ...
It wasn't a total loss ... got some good pics for the site ... had a great ride ... visited with some real nice folks ... but I decided that I wasn't going to make it to the midnight skin contest so we split ...
To you ladies who go to rallys and flash ... and even to those who just smile purty for the camera ... thanks ... the visitors of this site really enjoy your pictures and I enjoy taking them ...
